The location in Northern West Virginia is locally owned and operated in Morgantown, and primarily serves the counties of Monongalia, Marion, Harrison, Preston and Taylor, and also the counties of Tucker, Randolph, Barbour and Upshur.  Occasionally, we travel to Fayette and Greene counties in PA.  This location provides a full range of inspection services for buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial properties.

Your Inspector

Joe is the franchise owner for NPI in Northern West Virginia, and is a former residential builder and remodeler.  Licensed by the state of West Virginia since licensing was put into effect in 2006.  Joe performs 300 - 400 inspections per year and works strictly to the Standards and Practices as put forth by the State of West Virginia. 

Joe is a "one-man shop", so you'll get personal attention and service before, during, and after your inspection.
