What You'll Need For Your Application

1 - Your drivers' license(s) and/or photo ID.

2 - Your social security number(s).

3 - Your employment information.

4 - Your Bank Name, account numbers and balances.

5 - Your bank statements for the last three months.

6 - Your W-2 forms for the past two years, along with current paystubs.

7 - All information on all of your open loans.

8 - Your past two years pay history for landlords or mortgage company.

9 - Loan info on any other real estate you own.

10 - If you're self-employed - previous two years tax returns, P&L, and balance sheets.

11 - If this is a VA loan - Certificate of Eligibility or DD214s.

12 - A check for the fees for the credit report and appraisal.
